We are a blue chip Company, a leader in the broadcast media sector. Due to expansion and growth, the following position has come up in our organization:
Operations Supervisor
Service delivery requirements include:
- Effective management of the Call Centre and Reception area,
- Efficient management of all activities in a very busy Banking Hall;
- Resolution of customer queries;
- Improvement and enforcement of processes and procedures;
- Staff coaching;
- Monitoring overall QA results to identify trends, training and process improvement opportunities;
- On-going training and development of staff and on-going liaison with other departments and group companies for effective service delivery.
Job Qualifications and Core Competencies
- Minimum first degree in social sciences or a business related field
- An additional focused Call Centre qualification and/or Diploma in Customer Services Management will be an added advantage
- 5 years of working experience at the Call Centre or in the Service Industry with some supervisory level experience
- Experience at technology oriented service firms; Mobile telephony, BPO call centres, etc. will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate to produce results
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-Starter
