We are a blue chip Company, a leader in the broadcast media sector. Due to expansion and growth, the following position has come up in our organization:

Operations Supervisor

Service delivery requirements include:

• Effective management of the Call Centre and Reception area,


• Efficient management of all activities in a very busy Banking Hall;


• Resolution of customer queries;


• Improvement and enforcement of processes and procedures;


• Staff coaching;


• Monitoring overall QA results to identify trends, training and process improvement opportunities;


• On-going training and development of staff and on-going liaison with other departments and group companies for effective service delivery.

Job Qualifications and Core Competencies

• Minimum first degree in social sciences or a business related field


• An additional focused Call Centre qualification and/or Diploma in Customer Services Management will be an added advantage


• 5 years of working experience at the Call Centre or in the Service Industry with some supervisory level experience


• Experience at technology oriented service firms; Mobile telephony, BPO call centres, etc. will be an added advantage


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Ability to motivate to produce results


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Self-Starter
