The main roles of successful candidates will be to attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, maintaining customer records by updating account information, resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint among others
Interested applicants should have a business related Diploma or Certificate, should be proficient in computer packages especially excel, internet and word and she be a person who pays attention to detail
The salary for this vacancy is KES 14,0000 – 18,000
