Sales Executive – Insurance Agency
Location: Nairobi
Our client, an Insurance Agency, is looking for a talented, creative and innovative team player excited about an opportunity to grow a sales career in insurance.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, with a great attitude, confident and mature.
Main responsibilities are to achieve set sales targets, grow portfolio and manage relationships.
Key Requirements
- Education: Minimum requirement is Grade C in KCSE. Diploma in business administration / Marketing will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Well groomed and presentable
- Age: 25 years and above
- Candidates below 25 yrs must have at-least 3 years sales experience
- Must be ambitious and focused to succeed in sales career under minimum supervision
- 2 to 4 years sales experience in Sales and Marketing.
- COP/ACII qualification an added advantage
Certificate of good conduct
Remuneration: Generous commission based incentives + a small retainer.
