Vacancy: Head of Fabrication
Our client is a Steel firm looking for candidate to head the Fabrication Department
The role:
Experience effectively communicating with multi-engineering disciplines in collaboration to resolve materials engineering issues is required.
Candidates must be able to perform work consistent with Company Engineering and Quality Assurance Procedures.
Qualified candidates should possess a qualification equivalent in Materials Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Welding Engineering or Corrosion Engineering.
Candidates should have atleast 7+ years of experience working with Design, Fabrication, Construction, Inspection of Engineered Products; some experience in the Marine or Offshore Oil and Gas Industry; and some experience in International Fabrication, Construction or Operation of Engineered Products.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a supervisory capacity is required.
This experience should include working with departmental budgets, conducting performance evaluations and overall staff development (training/coaching/mentoring).
