Both men and women desire to have a flat stomach. For people attaining this has been a nightmare but below awe have tips of how one can do away with the belly fat.


1. Breakfast

This is the most important meal of the day which kicks – starts your metabolism and gives you energy throughout the day.


2. Eat regularly

This could be a way of burning calories. When you eat 5 or 6 small meals instead of 3 large ones makes it easier to burn off calories instead of storing them as fat.


3. Increase fiber

Eat food rich in fiber such as fruits, vegetables and whole grain products (whole wheat bread, brown rice, quinoa, beans and lentils) and you will stay full for longer periods.


4. Reduce intake of simple sugar

You do not need so much sugar in your body. Simple sugars are generally high in calories so cut down on foods like soda, ice cream, cakes, cookies, and candy bars.


5. Eat healthy fats

To maintain your weight include healthy fats in your diet every day (in moderation). Healthy fats found in olive oil, nuts, salmon, tuna and avocado—can help fill you up and keep you full.
