Vacancy: Human Resource Assistant
Our client is an Agricultural Farm,currently recruiting a Human Resource Assistant
The roles include:
- brief and advise staff on the terms and conditions of their employment;
- provide advisory service to supervisors, recommending human resources-related solutions
- resolve difficult and unusual problems related to conditions of employment,
- analyze individual cases and interpret and apply
- process requests for human resources-related actions,
- perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Candidates should meet the following:
- Diploma in Human Resources management with 1-2 years experience in a Farm
Salary: KES 20,000 – 30,000
