Jumia Job Description: Head of Fashion Vendor Managers
The Head of Fashion Vendor Managers will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience thanks to the right assortment, a perfect online ergonomics, the best prices and the most innovative marketing campaigns.
The incumbent will also be expected to deliver by:
- Managing a team of fashion Vendor Managers, buyers and category managers
- Driving the fashion strategy for Jumia
- Liaising between Marketing and Buying departments to execute weekly and monthly commercial plan
- Building strong relationships with international brands and large local brands
- Understanding logistics implications on pricing plus lead time for international fashion sourcing
- Devising key initiatives to ensure inventory balance is maintained
