Position: Testing Engineer;
Reports directly to the Engineering Manager.
Reating Engineering Job Objective;
- Design the software, the BIOS and the testing tools well at first hand, to accomplish with the Production requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure the final software for the products.
- Configure the final BIOS for the products.
- Develop and improve the testing tools for the products.
- Train repairmen.
- Support servicemen.
- Parameterized Shop Floor Control and equipment.
Qualifications &Skills for Testing Engineering Jobs in Kenya
- Desired education background in Electronic Engineer, IT Engineer, IT Programmer.
- 3 years experience in similar role.
- Desirable expertise in Windows software.
- Microsoft Office (advanced).
- Understanding diagrams and blueprints (advanced).
- Oral and writing English (advanced).
- Technical knowledge, Theoretical and practical (intermediate).
- Programming, DOS and Windows platforms (Advanced).
- Thinking and proactive.
- Developer of improvements.
- Train subordinates.
- Effective leadership.
- Set and follow workflow.
- High skill communication.
- Self motivation.
- Facility in negotiations.
- Organized and tidy.
