Job Title: Associate Business Development Executive
Reports To: The Team Leader
AH.R. Consultancy firm that operates in Kenya and carries two decades of existenceThe firm specializes in:
HR Consultancy,Recruitment,Outsourced Labour and Training.
Role Objective:
Build upon, and create a client data base and close clients
Duties & Responsibilities
Implementing the consultancy’s business development strategy,
Identifying new business opportunities;
Negotiating and closing business deals; and
Assessing market size and potential
Setting a detailed three to five year sales strategy.
Developing realistic yet thorough implementation plans to achieve sales strategy
Set and achieve yearly, quarterly and monthly goals and objectives based on sales strategy
Take full ownership for results, and report in good time if a goal will not be achieved
Timely submit accurate and comprehensive sales reports to management
The firm has 2 Independent Directors who work on different writs.
Progression to Director’s position is dependent on performance and commitment to the mission of the consultancy
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development or sales of similar services
Administrative reporting and writing skills,
Must be driven by Results and Targets,
Must possessCustomer Service Skills,
Ability to clearly and accurately analyze information,
Attention to Detail and thoroughness,
Excellent verbal and written Communication
