Business Development Officer
Our client is a dynamic, well established supplier of reinforced steel to the Mauritian COMESA countries. They are looking for a Business Development Officer to be based in Nairobi. The person will be reporting to the Sales Director in Mauritius.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales of reinforced steel bars to the industry.
Building relationships quickly with established clients.
Effectively target and develop new prospective clients.
Required:
Must have a driving license
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to achieve sales targets
A passion for developing new business
Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
Must have knowledge of the construction industry
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher national diploma in sales and marketing
Must have at least three years in business development
Must have previous experience dealing with materials and clients in the construction industry.
Must have a good grasp of import export procedures and laws

Monthly gross salary & benefits: Ksh.150,000 – 200,000/= depending on experience
