HR Manager Jobs in Mombasa
The right candidate will be familiar with Kenya’s Labour Laws.
Duties include design and maintenance of the Company’s HR processes and procedures, recruitment of staff for projects in and out of the Country, coordination of training activities, administration of payroll and the Company’s security administration.
Qualifications and experience
This position is ideal for someone who is familiar with handling of periodic labour contracts, outsourced labour management and capable of promoting loyalty towards the Company in an industry of short term employment environment.
Degree in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR Supervisory/Managerial position
Computer literate
Good interpersonal skills
Good oral and written communication skills
