We are a growing Company in the construction industry and as part of our expansion strategy we seek to fill positions of Business Development Executives
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the incumbent will manage sales to grow business through achievement of projected targets and budgets, both in number and value
We invite applications from suitably qualified, experienced and self motivated candidates to fill the position;
Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing personal business portfolio/territory according to an agreed market development strategy.
- Planning and prioritizing personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business targets
- Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities and provide business development insights and information.
- Communicating, liaising, and negotiating internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
The requirements for this position are:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Engineering, Building & Construction, Architecture
- At least 2 years sales experience.
- Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Must have a positive attitude and be a go-getter.
- Possess a valid Driving License
