The Hospital is recruiting competent and mature Christian persons to fill the following vacant position:
Finance Manager

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Professional Leadership to the finance division.
- Develop and maintain the long –term strategic financial plan of the hospital
- Maintain the financial policies and procedures of the hospital
- Be responsible for the overall accounting practices of the hospital
- Be an active member of the Senior Management Team of the hospital, fostering and supporting the patient focused goals and aims of the Hospital.
- Ensure the financial integrity of the accounting function of the hospital through both internal and external audits.
- Lead the Senior Management Team through the annual budgetary sessions.
- Develop and implement the information systems strategy of the Hospital with the assistance of the information Systems Manager.
- Encourage and oversee external funding.
- Maintain financial relationship with external bodies (Ministry of Health, Government of Kenya etc)
- Develop business leadership skills amongst the Accounts Department and Stores Staff.
Minimum Requirements.
- Mature Christian of age between 35 – 45 years.
- A current professional accounting qualification (CPA-K, ACCA, CIMA)
- A relevant Degree in Commerce/ Finance or Economics and at least 3 years experience in a senior management position preferably in a health care institution
- Computer Literate competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access, experience in accounting software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
