Head of IT Development
The role of Head of IT covers management of all aspects of the department including setting up processes to ensure smooth running of the department and liaising with the different department heads to coordinate, interpret, prioritize and execute requests, overseeing team members tasks execution and ensuring best practices are adhered to.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Reviewing the adequacy and allocation of IT resources in terms of funding, personnel, equipment, and service levels.
- Setting up processes to manage and streamline requests and responsibilities of the IT department.
- Liaising with the different department heads to develop new & useful functionality within the platforms.
