Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating, planning, training and supervising small scale farmer’s group activities in designated regions with the help of Field Technical Assistants to achieve planting, production set targets and certification – Global GAP and fair trade
Qualification;
- Training in BASIS, FACTS Global gab, fair-trade etc.
- Degree/diploma in agriculture with minimum 5 years relevant field experience
