Country Sales Head
Must Be Of Asian Decent
Principal Accountabilities:
- Sales Targets to be met
- Channel Breath to be achieved
- DSO to be kept in control, to maximize cash deals.
- Credit & Payment Collection.
- Market Information to be passed on to the Product Team
- Channel Programs
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development and Growth for entire product portfolio for assigned country
- Responsible for business development across retail, corporate and SMB segments
- Managing Team of Sales Professionals
- Planning, budgeting, Implementation and execution of effective sales strategies to achieve sales quota.
- Sales Target Planning, Forecasting, Sales Force Management, motivating team, achieving team targets
- Business Development
- Major Account acquisition, development, retention and management.
- Providing solutions positioning, promotion, pricing and launch strategies
- Pre-tendering sales activity to influence large tender business
- Creating new accounts and handling high value major accounts
- Inventory, Stock Planning, Pricing strategies
- Vendor interaction
- Pricing, Bid management, ordering
Qualifications:
- MBA – Marketing with 7-8 years in the same industry
- Non MBA with 10-12 years in the same industry
