Agriculture Kenyan Job
Operations Manager
Our Client, a leading flower farm is looking for an expat to head the operations.
Duties
- Managing sourcing requirements for all clients as required.
- Regular liaison and visits to growers
- Servicing / Supply chain for all clients from a Kenyan perspective aiming for 100% service level
- Pricing for growers
- General management of main office in Nairobi and the airport
- Improving all systems i.e. ordering, receiving and dispatch
- Development of new clients where necessary
- Monitoring costs within the business to keep them within budget.
- Packaging development and requirements
- Accounts analysis and management.
- Budgets annually.
Qualifications
- Degree in Agriculture or related
- 3 years experience working in flower farm

Salary: Open depending with experience.
