Essential Requirements:
- Diploma in Beauty and Holistic Therapy from a recognised institution
- 5 years’ work experience in spas
- 2 years’ management experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft software packages such as Word, Excel
Desirable:
- ITEC International accreditation
- Experience in staff capacity building
