We are looking for candidates who are established sales persons and are prepared to be fully accountable for meeting targets for sales, market share, and productivity while also implementing agency strategies and developing local management teams. We are seeking to fill the position of a: Sales Executives
Salary: Commission Based
Duties
- To provide a thorough and informative client consultation and recommend products based on a customer’s needs.
- The primary role is to sell products, bringing in new business and achieving the set targets. Making cold calls to solicit new business, following up with previous clients to encourage sales, and attending trade shows to promote to promote products
- Providing support to the clients to ensure their satisfaction and facilitate future sales. Consistently follow up calls after a purchase or promotions.
- Resolving client complaints and proposing solutions.
- Reporting sales on a daily basis and reconciling your sales with inventory for stock tracking
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- At least a diploma is sales and marketing with 1 year experience
- Team player
- Excellent analytic and reporting skills
- Dependability, tactfulness and ability to take initiative
- Presentation Skills,
- Client Relationships,
- Emphasizing Excellence
- Must be within Nairobi.
