Transport Manager
Our client, an international company is looking for a Transport Manager. He/she must have strong leadership and negotiation skills. The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of Kenyan geography and must be good in route planning.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of drivers.
- Organization and control of processes of sending and delivery of the products from warehouse to the clients.
- Ensuring that all the company’s vehicles are in good condition.
- Providing organization deliveries.
- Perform inspection of all the vehicles for the company.
- Report writing
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree/higher diploma in logistics.
- Experience in FMCG.
- Must have Mechanical skills
- Minimum of 7 years experience as a transport manager.
- Good recommendations from last employers.
- Good time keeper.
Monthly gross salary : Ksh.100,000 – 150,000/= (Approx.1,176 – 1,764 USD)depending on experience
