Our client company is an upmarket restaurant that caters for a variety of tastes and styles. The restaurant offers a warm unpretentious ambience allowing the diner to feast in true American style.
Their aim is to extend the highest level of quality of food and service, without losing the personal attention and friendliness of the staff and management of the restaurant.
They are looking to hire waitresses/bartenders that will compliment their establishment.
{Basic salary ranging as from ksh12,000 – 25,000 per month depending on experience}.
Job Description
- Providing excellent customer service
- Greeting patrons once they are seated
- Presenting menus to customers
- Explaining menu items to customers
- Answering questions from patrons about food and beverages
- Sharing information with customers about the status of their orders
- Refilling customer drink orders throughout the meal
- Finding out if customers need additional items
- Verifying that customers are satisfied with their orders
Qualifications.
- Certificate in food and beverage from a well recognized institution
- An experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel or upmarket restaurant
- Well spoken, energetic, good looking and well groomed
- Age 21-27yrs
- MUST be currently staying in Nairobi as this position will be interviewed in Nairobi on an ongoing basis.
