Principal / Operation Manager to head the school
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Education Degree. Master’s Degree in education preferred.
- 5 years’ experience as a Deputy /2 years a Principal in a boarding high school.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong management presence and ability to communicate with all levels of the school stakeholders
- Ability to build alignment on key school initiatives with all stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment by planning and resource allocation.
- Experience in building and leading diverse, high performing teams.
- Proficient in MS applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Demonstrate High Integrity and Moral Standing
Teacher’s Minimum Requirements
- Kiswahili, Physics, Mathematics, Geography, Business, Computer, and English
- Must hold a Bachelor of Education Degree.
- 4 years of teaching experience in a high school.
- Energetic, flexible and dedicated to student performance excellence
