Retail Sales Executive
Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit a retail sales executive in Nairobi
Qualifications
- A qualification (Degree or Diploma level,) in Sales and Marketing.
- At least 2 years working experience with a proven track record in Sales particularly in Telecommunication.
Responsibilities
- Providing guidance to customers
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
- Projecting expected sales volume, analyzing trends and results, monitoring of costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Identifies sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Delivery of the previous day’s daily sales and stock report to the Managing Director by the start of the day.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
