Office Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Taking oral dictation word and data processing from manuscript
- Operating office equipment
- Ensuring security of office equipment document and record
- Attending to visitors (clients, handling telephone calls and appointments
- Keeping an up to date filling system in the office
- Supervision of office cleanliness
- Undertaking any other office administrative services duties that may be assigned
Requirements for County Administration Job
- Served in the Grade of office administrative Asst III for a minimum period of Three Years
- BES&GC Cert from KNEC in the following
- Typewriting II Min 40w.p.m OR Craft Cert in secretarial studies from KNEC
- Business English /Communication 1
- Ofice Practice II d)secretarial Duties Ii
- Commerce II
- Certificate in computer application from recognized institution
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance
Terms of Service: Permanent & Pensionable
