Instructor Duties and responsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining scheme of lessons Lesson plan
- Carry out trainee assessments
- Prepare trainee progress report
- Coordinating storage and proper usage of teaching and learning materials
- Maintain trainee discipline providing guidance and leadership to newly deployed instructors
- Liasing with relevant industries for trainee attachment
- Supervising trainee on industries attachments and guidance and Counseling trainees.
Qualification for County Teaching Job
- Training of trainers (TOT)Certificate lasting not less than two weeks from recognized institution
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering, electrical/electronic, building technology and welding in fabrication
- Certificate served in the grade of youth polytechnic instructor III for a minimum period of three years
- Computer application from recognized institution
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
Terms of Service: Permanent & Pensionable
