Job Position: Machine Operator
Type of Machine: Universal Packaging Machine & ICA Packaging Machine
Reporting To: Production Manager
Employment Terms: Permanent
Location: Nairobi Kenya
Key Responsibilities:
Run the machine in safe, timely and efficient manner in accordance to food safety procedures throughout the operations to meet FSSC 22000 standards.
Ensure optimum utilization of the machine with set ups and change overs taking shortest time possible.
Monitor machine to ensure product being applied is of right recipe and according to specifications within tolerance making any adjustments in process.
Keeping production, productivity/efficiency records and maintaining lubrication and cleaning schedules.
Skills & Specifications:
Proven ability to meet steep deadlines
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Excellent communication & management skills
Good team player
Education & Professional Specification:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
At least minimum 2 years experience
Proficient in Microsoft office programs & Internet
