Branch Manager – Kisumu / Nakuru / Eldoret
Reporting to the CEO, the prospective candidate should be able to work with minimum supervision and be responsible for branch sales and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve branch sales and collection targets and budgeted profit .
Strengthening Customer relations.
Good working knowledge of workshop administration and spare parts.
Ensuring sound and effective branch administration.
Developing, motivating and managing staff and monitoring performance.
Ensure security of company premises and assets
Qualifications
University degree preferably in marketing
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in automotive industry
Demonstrated business development experience.
All positions require ability to work with Microsoft suite of packages.
