A well established Motor Vehicle Dealer with a network of show rooms and workshops in Kenya providing full sales and after sales functions for well established brands wishes to engage young and passionate result oriented professionals with a “can-do-attitude”
Service Manager – Mombasa / Nakuru / Nairobi
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the workshop team to provide excellent service delivery levels to customers.
Qualifications:
Possess degree or diploma in automobile engineering.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in a similar capacity
All round technical knowledge in working with petrol and diesel vehicles.
Demonstrated experience in optimizing usage of time / labour rate to maximise manpower utilisation and workshop revenue.
People management skills / conflict resolution and excellent motivator.
All positions require ability to work with Microsoft suite of packages.
