Customer Service Associate


The position is the first point of contact for all Vendor & Customer feedback and responsible for ensuring that Vendors and Customers are handled in a prompt and effective manner whilst retaining customer confidence and loyalty in our products and services.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Providing prompt and professional replies to all customer feedback.

  • Building and managing excellent customer relationships.

  • Sales activity planning, including reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunities.

  • Manage customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Negotiate customer claims, initiate billing adjustments in coordination with the team leader.

  • Grow existing customers base.

  • Plan and execute regular maintenance and business development visits to customers.

  • Maintain and regularly update customer information.

  • Perform periodic market analysis as directed.

  • Revenue growth for assigned accounts

  • Customer acquisition

  • Customer satisfaction

  • Customer migration to supply chain/delivery solutions

  • Product Mix

  • Customer inquiries resolved on time

  • Escalations resolved on time

  • Data quality


Person Specification



  • A conceptual thinker and innovative individual

  • A motivated and goal oriented individual

  • Flexible to understanding people’s point of view as well as demonstrate willingness to change ideas or perceptions

  • Must be proactive and a team player

  • Must hold high level of Integrity and commitment to the company

  • Confident and diplomatic communicator, with a positive, customer-oriented mind set

  • Should possess good leadership and time management skills

  • Should possess good problem solving and reasoning skills


Qualifications/Skills



  • Bachelor Degree in a related field

  • Proficiency in English

  • Computer Proficiency: MS office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)

  • Previous experience in customer management

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience within the industry
