A National Civil Society Organization dealing with Water, Integrated Natural Resources Management, Livelihoods and Devolution has some growth opportunities.
The Organization’s core focus is to advocate for better water services delivery to citizens, promote sustainable water resources management, promote opportunities for Kenyans to utilize water resources for prosperity, and facilitate citizen participation in governance and economic development.
Intern (s)
Preferred candidate (s) should:
- Be university graduates
- Be older beyond their years (grounded and of mature disposition)
- Be avid reader and solid researcher
- Have a passion for social issues/programs
- Be convinced they can change the world
- Have definable base ground in a social sector e.g. agribusiness, water, sanitation, governance, social platforms, ICT, research, etc
Internship opportunities are essentially non-paid and offered in tranches of 3 months.
Opportunity is only available for ambitious candidates seeking to get practical skills for work opportunities externally or internally, while contributing useful ideas and innovations during their stay.
Your interests and base skills should be very clear in the application.
