- Ensure that only good quality materials are received in the stores.
- Ensure that there are proper organization and storage of materials in the stores.
- Ensure that where necessary the mark up (selling price) is indicated in all chargeable items.
- Ensure that good requested from the sub stores are dispatched to them without delay.
