One of our client in the Coastal Region, a reputable company that processes the Moringa plant into its final products is currently recruiting for the following position:
Operations Assistants (2)
Salary: 40,000/=
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and carry out various daily operation functions.
- Coordinate, initiate, prepare and monitor various operations forms, ensuring timely completion of documents.
- Organize and maintain an effective filing system for production files and records.
- Receive, sort, register and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare routine correspondence.
- Coordinate the smooth flow of paper work.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensuring steady flow office supplies and arranging for replenishment.
- Facilitating Departmental operations;
- Handling and filing confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to track activities in an organized manner, manage deliverables, and communicate effectively with team members
- Managing sourcing requirements for all clients as required.
- Servicing / supply chain for all clients from a Kenyan perspective aiming for 100% service level.
- General management.
- Improving all systems i.e. ordering, receiving and dispatch.
- Development of new clients where necessary.
- Monitoring costs within the business to keep them within budget.
- Packaging development and requirements.
- Accounts analysis and management.
- Budgets annually.
Qualifications
- Degree in Maths/Physics or chemistry
- Those with MSc/MBA is an added advantage.
- Fast effective and result oriented.
- Needed immediately.
