Top Notch Executives Limited is a Niche Recruiting Agency specializing in HR & ADMIN / SALES & MARKETING and CUSTOMER SERVICE & FRONT OFFICE positions.
We are seeking to recruit a Sales Manager for our Client, a well established & prominent player in the steel Industry
Reporting to: HOD – Sales and Marketing
Salary: GROSS Sh. 150,000 – 250,000
Age: Over 35yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell products at affordable price
- Set sales targets for the financial period
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Sales forecast and budgetary planning
- Credit control
- Collection of timely payments
- Control on Quotations and Tenders
- Organize product training for the team
- Reduce customer complaints with the support of the entire Team
- Develop client base Customer care
Authority
- Authority for Quotations, Sales orders, Dispatch, Delivery notes & Invoices
- Authority to cancel any documents which do not qualify company rules and regulations
- Authority for Handling bad debts subject to approval by the board of directors
- Authority to Issue credit notes through approval from HOD Sales and Marketing
Qualifications:
- Graduate with additional qualifications in Sales and Marketing Good Interpersonal skills and computer Literate Ability to work independently
