Our client, in the baby service industry is in need of Marketing Executive.
Position Title: Marketing Executive
Duty Station: Nairobi
Reporting to: Business Development Manager
Goal for Marketing Executive Role
To realise the sales and marketing targets of the Company by offering suitable utility products, service, options and solutions to clients, partners and associates of the Company.
Objectives of the Marketing Executive
To source, procure and maintain clients, partners and associates of the Company.
Key indicators of success
- Value and increase in revenues.
- Number and increase in number of active clients.
- Client retention.
- Efficiency in client relations and client acquisition.
- Speed of work execution.
- Level of responsiveness and promptness of service to clients.
- Level of innovativeness in providing options and solutions to clients.
Requirements of the position
A clear understanding of:
- Marketing concepts.
- Product and service promotion.
- Operation of commercial websites.
- Operation of mobile applications.
Skills in the following:
- Selling and acquisition of customers.
- Customer service.
- Baby services and product sector.
- Social media.
- Selling advertising products.
Specific Responsibilities
- These responsibilities are with respect to web portals, magazines/publications, mobile applications, videos, audios, visualisation and research products.
- Prepare marketing strategies and to update them annually.
- To acquire new clients.
- To acquire new partners.
- To market and sell the products and services of the company to potential buyers, advertisers and partners, including:
- Web portals
- Publications
- Mobile apps.
- To organize and manage sales and marketing activities of the Company.
- To attend and participate in exhibitions.
- To assist in brand and creative design activities of the Company.
- To ensure collection, analysis and maintenance of information and data on the Company’s market and target clientele.
