Report to: Services Delivery Manager or Team Lead Field Services
Aim of the job: Responsible for maintaining andinstalling professionally full range of Healthcare equipment (variousmodalities: X-rays, MRI, CT Scans, Patient Monitoring, Cardiovascular…) andmaximizing customer satisfaction.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Install Philips Healthcare (PH)equipment according standards with respect to quality and installation time asset by PH
- Perform planned maintenance andequipment modifications within the scheduled time and to the quality standardsset by PH
- Perform corrective maintenance,supported when necessary by tier-2 support helpdesk
- Demonstrate commitments to meetcustomer needs and requirements by ensuring all given quality standards
- Submit timely and accurate servicedata, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problemreports and other paperwork as assigned
- Be aware of customer needs andpotential commercial leads (Philips Lifecycle Solutions – PLS) through customervisits and provide feedback and recommendations to the management, relevantpeople within the organization
- Support the District CustomerServices & Operations Manager and the Customer Services Account Manager asappropriate with contract renewals etc.
- Use company property with care toensure optimal results with minimal operational costs
- Keep abreast of new technologieslikely to affect PH range of products
- Be a professional representativefor PH with respect to customer problems, ensuring personal acceptability by the customer in appearance and behaviour in accordance with PH policy andtargets
- Responsible for executing serviceevents (maintenance & Installation) in compliance with applicable versionof
- Business Unit (BU) / Business Line (BL) service manuals and relevant PHquality standard policies
- Responsible for completeness andaccuracy of service records with particular attention to test & inspection results
- Responsible for adoptingappropriate ESD control while servicing PH equipment
- Responsible for using appropriateelectronic measurement equipment in calibration controlled cycle
- Responsible for reportingidentified device safety issues according to applicable PH quality standardpolicy
- Responsible for reporting customerfeedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up

Education & Experience
- Degree level education or equivalent
