Medical Occupational Health & Administration Manager
Unilever – Kenya-Rift Valley-Kericho
Main Accountabilities
- Plan, strategize and co-ordinate the day to day health services of the hospital.
- Supervise all areas of the hospital including medical records, technicians, pharmacy, catering and cleaning.
- Responsible for amongst other things finance, logistics, assets, data management and general coordination of non-clinical MOH operations and SHE.
- Generate reports to analyze the effectiveness of various departments in the MOH and work to reach targets/financial goals and maintain budgets.
- Determine the staffing needs of the hospital and manage the appraisal and development of staff at the facility.
- Ensuring continuous improved quality customer service for patients and clients.
- Liaising with medical and non- medical staff internally and with people in external organizations such as the government and other critical external stakeholders.
- Planning and implementing strategic changes as well as policies to improve service delivery.
Required skills & competencies
- Bachelors degree in Medicine, Medical and Occupational Health/ Public Health or Business Management plus any other Social Sciences related field .
- At least 5 years relevant experience in an administrative position.
- Certification in MOH.
- Strong Financial management skills.
