Vacancy: Fleet Operator
Our Client is an integrated transit company located in Mombasa with over 70 trucks.
Due to expansion and growth, they are looking to fill this position.
Fleet Operator Kenyan Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing of cargo locally and transit.
- Supervise tippers operations.
- Attend to all logistics and operational issues.
- Liaise with clients on issues of cargo.
- Undertake drivers test for vetted drivers.
- Clients/customers allocation.
- Daily updates of trips, diesel and other expenses.
Desired Competencies and Skills for the Fleet Operator Job
- A Diploma in logistics.
- Computer knowledge is a must.
- Knowledge in tracking of trucks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a transport company.
