The Monarch Insurance Company is a licensed insurance underwriter which has been in the business for over 30 years.

We are recruiting for Marketers (Business Development Executives) for all our branches namely; Kisumu, Kisii, Nakuru, Thika, Nairobi, Mombasa and Meru.
The main purpose of this role will be to explore business opportunities, develop and grow the business by driving a good relationship between clients in a manner that ensures achievement of set business targets.
The Job Holders will report to the Branch Managers of specific locations.
Key Responsibilities
- The jobholder will be responsible for establishing and developing long term value from clients;
- Executing marketing strategies to enhance business opportunities
- Liaising and networking with clients and managing relationships
- Developing marketing strategies to compete; seeking out clients and maintaining them attending meetings to learn on new developments and update of client database
- Public relations and customer service; as well as selling various policies to businesses and individuals.
Education, Qualification and Experience
- A Degree/Diploma in Business related course
- Professional qualification –ACII or AIIK will be an added advantage.
- 2 Years’ experience in similar position
- Excellent IT skills
- Good communication and customer relations skills.
- Excellent bargaining skills
