Infrastructural Quality Assurance Manager
Quality Assurance Job Summary
Reporting to the Director Operations and Business Development, the Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and preparation of quality manuals and reports in order to support the business objectives.
The Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible for the on the Job training of staff and assist in Contracts administration from the head office.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience for the Quality Assurance Job in Kenya
- A minimum of University Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum twelve (12) years overall experience and three (3) years in Quality Assurance
- Familiar with FIDIC, EU and PPODA conditions of Contract
- Experience in all disciplines of engineering ie Transportation/Highways, Water Supply, Sewerage, Structures and Buildings etc.
- Excellent planning, organization and management skills
- Experience in ISO Certification.
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be registered with relevant professional body such as EBK
