Principal Office Admin Jobs at KUCCPS in Kenya
An officer at this level will be deployed to work as an Executive Secretary in the Management Offices of the Placement Service.
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: –
Principal Office Admin Job Duties
- Managing office protocol and etiquette;
- Ensuring security of office records, equipment and documents, including classified materials;
- Ensuring security, integrity and confidentiality of data;
- Establishing and monitoring procedures for record keeping of correspondence and file movements;
- Maintaining an up to date filing system in the office;
- Preparing responses to routine correspondence; Using e-office to research and process data;
- Guiding and supervising other office administrative service personnel.
- Handling telephone calls and operating office equipment;
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints;
- Coordinating schedules of meetings and appointments;
- Coordinating travel arrangements;
- Coordinating office and any other office administrative services duties that may be assigned.
Job Specifications for Principal Office Admin Kenyan Jobs
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-
- Served as a Senior Office Administrator in a large organization either in the public or private sector for a minimum period of three (3) years;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration or Office Management from a recognized institution or any other relevant area;
- A relevant Masters Degree would be an added advantage;
- Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution; and
- Demonstrated professional competence in management of office administrative services.
